KSL Awards Best Batter Prize to Barnes Monday, June 22nd, 2015 It was announced today by the Kade Stenson League that Coronado first baseman Jonathan Barnes had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. The Coronado first baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers, pounding them for a .464 average (13-28) with 4 home runs and 13 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. So far this year Barnes has hit .304 with 12 home runs, 48 RBIs and 41 runs scored. |
