Heller Selected BCL Player of the Week Monday, September 29th, 2014 Aaron Heller burst onto the Blake Camden League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie left fielder for Detroit garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 25-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .387 (12-31) with 2 home runs and 8 RBIs last week. In 129 games this season Heller has compiled a .290 batting average with 106 hits and 14 home runs. He has also scored 69 times and knocked in 64 runs. |
