Great Stroke: Dyce Gets 5 Hits
Friday, July 19th, 2013
5 hits in 5 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today Larry Dyce of the Chicago Titans had a sensational 5-5 game against Reno at House of Pain. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 9-5 shellacking of the Raiders.

In the postgame press conference he joked, "Heck, that's a week's worth of hitting for me and I did it all in one day. I guess I can take the rest of the week off... Right, skipper?"

Larry Dyce hit a two-run home run off Chris Curry in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.

Dyce currently has a .292 batting average with 75 hits, 11 homers, 41 RBIs, 40 runs scored and a .372 OBP.
