SS Dane Moore Out Wednesday, September 12th, 2012 The Seattle Sasquatch were dealt a severe blow when Dane Moore was hurt running the bases recently in a game against the Montgomery Mountain Cats. After the game, the team trainer reported Moore might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 22-year-old shortstop out for the rest of the season with a sprained ankle. They indicated it would take Moore at least 5-6 weeks to heal. Currently Moore is batting .299 with 155 hits and 20 home runs. He has knocked in 80 runs and scored 89 times. |
