Marauders, Outlaws Agree to Swap Monday, December 2nd, 2019 BNN has learned the Maple Marauders have reportedly worked out a deal with the Brooklyn Outlaws. Sources close to the Marauders indicated that a trade has been reached in principle where 28-year-old first baseman Marty Silver will be swapped to Maple with 22-year-old minor league center fielder Guillermo Luna, 21-year-old minor league closer Lou Cove and $5,000,000 in cash heading to Brooklyn. Neither organization would comment on the report, saying it was club policy not to speak about a trade until it was finalized. In his career Silver has hit .333 with 941 hits, 78 home runs, 511 RBIs and scored 503 runs. |
