Texans Velasque Down with Injury Sunday, August 25th, 2019 Dallas Texans reliever Angelito Velasque left yesterday's game against the Cabo San Lucas Toreros after suffering a torn labrum throwing a pitch. Velasque was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Velasque is expected to miss 4-5 months. To this point in the season Velasque has 4 saves in 74 relief appearances with a 3-4 record and 5.02 ERA. |
