Jacks-Texans Fight Nets 9-Game Suspensions Monday, August 19th, 2019 A bench-clearing brawl marred the Jacksonville-Dallas game at Skellington Stadium yesterday and resulted in two players being suspended today by the league office. The Jacks Brian McCauley and the Texans Jorge Hernández were ejected from the game for fighting. Both players will have to sit out 9 games. So far this season McCauley has 18 home runs and a .264 batting average. This year Hernández has worked 150.2 innings with 73 strikeouts en route to a 7-11 record and a 5.14 ERA. |
