Texans Short Suffers Injury Friday, August 9th, 2019 Dallas Texans reliever Sid Short left yesterday's game against the Brooklyn Outlaws after suffering a torn flexor tendon in his elbow throwing a pitch. Short was taken to the clubhouse for examination by team doctors. A team spokesman told BNN today Short is expected to miss 13 months. This season Short has made 58 relief appearances with 3 saves. His won-lost record is 3-2 with a 4.09 ERA. |
