Setback For Mafia and Will Bowman Wednesday, July 24th, 2019 New York first baseman Will Bowman reportedly suffered a setback this week while rehabilitating a concussion. Preliminary tests showed the injury has gotten worse and would need more time to be completely healed. An unidentified team official said it looked like it would be at least 5 days before Bowman would be able to return to the active roster. Bowman will see a specialist tomorrow. This season Bowman is hitting .281 with 34 hits, 3 home runs, 26 RBIs, scored 12 runs and played in 41 games. |
