Roberto Clemente League Names Rookie of Month Monday, July 1st, 2019 Youngster Rafael Arreola emerged as the latest Roberto Clemente League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Carolina deserved the honor, batting .297 with 5 home runs and 21 runs batted in. Is the month of June a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Arreola enjoy the limelight. In his 2019 season totals, Arreola has 9 home runs, .299 BA, .348 OBP, 47 RBIs and 59 runs scored. |
