TML Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, July 1st, 2019 Sergio Esquivel demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. The San Francisco center fielder wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .500 average (12-24) with 3 home runs and 7 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. This year Esquivel is batting .297 with 97 hits and 10 home runs. He has scored 53 times and has batted in 43 runs. |
