Au Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Friday, June 28th, 2019 It has been quite a while since somebody stopped Li-chi Au without a hit in a game. The Berserkers couldn't do it in today's game at Labatt Bleue Park. The Montreal Bandits right fielder banged out 3 hits and extended his hitting streak to 20 consecutive games in his club's 11-6 victory. Li-chi Au singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, struck out in the 5th and walked in the 7th. Presently Au is hitting .393 with 14 home runs and 55 RBIs. He has played in 65 games and scored 52 times. |
