Nelson Wins TML Player of the Week Prize Monday, June 24th, 2019 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Bill Nelson was rewarded with the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Maple Marauders left fielder hit .517 while collecting 15 hits in 29 at-bats, 1 home run and 4 RBIs. This year Nelson is hitting .327, produced 30 RBIs and 9 home runs, scored 56 times and gotten on base at a .409 rate. |
