López Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Sunday, June 16th, 2019 Pablo López of the So Cal Republic just keeps going and going. The hot-hitting left fielder went 1-for-4 in his team's 9-5 victory over the San Francisco Earthquakes at House of the Republic and extended his hitting streak to 20 games. "He is definitely on a roll right now" said a Earthquakes pitcher. "I thought I made some good pitches against him, but he's a good hitter and hit 'em anyway." When asked about his performance, López said, "I don't care if I go hitless as long as we get the win." Pablo López hit a solo-shot off Theodore Foster in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
