Rehab Road Tough For Bombers Lowell Anderson
Tuesday, May 21st, 2019
Lowell Anderson is hurting again, just a few days into his treatment for a strained rib cage muscle. Apparently the injury worsened, so the Bombers sent the 25-year-old right fielder back to the doctors for reexamination. Anderson told them that the pain had gotten much worse in recent days. It was confirmed that the injury was indeed much more severe that first thought. He was sent to a specialist, who felt that treatment would be longer than first diagnosed. Anderson will now miss a minimum of 3 days.

Anderson currently has a .330 batting average with 30 hits, 7 homers, 23 RBIs, 15 runs scored and a .374 OBP.
