Clayton Wins RCL Honor Monday, May 20th, 2019 The top batter in the Roberto Clemente League last week was Skip Clayton, who batted .520 and towered above everybody with a 6-game hitting barrage. During the week Clayton banged out a .520 batting average (13-25), 3 home runs, 10 runs batted in and scored 7 runs. Today the New York left fielder received the RCL Player of the Week Award. For the season Clayton is hitting .324, batted in 15 runs with 5 home runs and 14 runs scored. |
