Washington's Wright Out 4 Months Friday, May 17th, 2019 Earlier today, Washington starting pitcher Eugene Wright had to leave the game against Minnesota because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn labrum and will miss 4 months of play. Wright was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. |
