TML Trophy Goes to North of Kansas City Monday, May 13th, 2019 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Oliver North, the Kansas City Tornadoes 24-year-old center fielder, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 12 hits in 18 at-bats, compiling a .667 average with 1 home run and 8 RBIs. Currently North is hitting .363 and has collected 1 home run, 20 RBIs and scored 36 times, while playing in 36 games. |
