Jersey's Dan Morris Injured Saturday, September 1st, 2018 Jesters closer Dan Morris will be spending 5 months on the shelf according to his manager. He was hurt in a recent game against South Carolina throwing a pitch and suffered a torn back muscle. The Jersey GM told BNN no decision had been made on his replacement. He said an announcement was forthcoming, probably tomorrow. In 53 relief appearances this year, Morris has thrown 63.1 innings, struck out 87 and collected 6 saves. His won-lost record is 5-4 with a 3.84 ERA. |
