Star SP Townend Signs for 5 years Friday, August 10th, 2018 Calvin Townend and Jersey officials have reached an agreement keeping the 28-year-old starting pitcher around another 5 years. Though terms were not confirmed, insiders tell BNN that Townend re-signed for $3,990,000 per year. On the season Townend has compiled a 13-4 mark with a 4.04 ERA in 24 starts. In pitching 162.2 innings he has 94 strikeouts and 24 walks while limiting the opposition to a .267 batting average. |
