Marauders Lose Sardeson for 4 Weeks Wednesday, August 8th, 2018 Archie Sardeson expressed his disappointment when he learned that a strained groin muscle would sideline him for 4 weeks. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the line-up," explained Sardeson. The shortstop got hurt in today's game with the San Francisco Earthquakes. He was hurt running the bases. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement. This season Sardeson is batting .225 with 55 hits, 14 home runs, 45 RBIs, .341 OBP and has scored 44 runs. |
