Becker Hits in 20 Straight Games Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 "Things went well for me today. I got 2 hits and the streak is up to 20 games. But we didn't win the game. Those words were spoken by Tom Becker of the Washington Capitalists to BNN after his club dropped a 10-7 decision to San Diego. Tom Becker hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jesús Feliciano in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and struck out in the 9th. In 113 games this season Becker is batting .299 with 140 hits and 24 home runs. He has scored 72 runs and driven in 68. |
