TML Selects Rookie Star of the Month Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 Lowell Anderson is still a bit shy, but then, who could blame the newest Thurman Munson League Rookie of the Month honoree? He hasn't been around the league long enough to fully know the ropes yet, despite the fact that he's putting up veteran-like numbers. In July the South Carolina hitter tagged opposing pitching for a .308 average with 36 hits, 12 home runs and 25 RBIs. For the year Anderson is batting .308 with 29 home runs, 83 RBIs and 66 runs scored. |
