Bombers Jackson Out of Action Saturday, July 7th, 2018 Watching Stephen Jackson getting helped off the field today at Lucky 7 Ballpark, fans of the South Carolina Bombers feared the worst. The news wasn't quite as bad as initially feared, but the left fielder will miss 5 weeks with a fractured finger. "We feel we've dodged a bullet. When you see a guy break down like that, you worry right away," a team spokesman said. Jackson suffered the injury being hit by a pitch in the game against the Jokers. On the year Jackson is hitting .300 with 62 hits, 8 home runs, 29 RBIs, .397 OBP and has scored 29 runs. |
