It was announced today in Kansas City that Tornadoes reliever Glen Rush will be on the mend for 10 months because of a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament he sustained in a recent game against the Jersey Jesters. Rush was injured throwing a pitch.

Running the numbers on Rush for the year, he has made 13 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 0-0 won-lost mark with a 1.45 ERA. In pitching 18.2 innings, he has totaled 21 strikeouts and 9 walks.
