Hops Reliever Downs Injured Friday, May 11th, 2018 Team doctors diagnosed Nathaniel Downs with a torn labrum and told the San Diego Hops reliever that he will miss 12 months. Downs was hurt throwing a pitch in a game against the Brooklyn Outlaws. Crunching the numbers on Downs for the year, he has made 13 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-1 won-lost mark and 3.00 ERA. In pitching 24 innings, he has totaled 21 strikeouts and 14 walks. |
