So Cal Trades Luce for Cabo San Lucas's Sánchez Monday, May 28th, 2012 So Cal and Cabo San Lucas have made a swap. Players involved in the transaction are the Republic 31-year-old starting pitcher Charles Luce and 38-year-old reliever Juan Velázquez and the Toreros 23-year-old right fielder Juan Sánchez and 22-year-old minor league starting pitcher Jaime Hernández. This year Luce has recorded a 4-4 mark. In 10 starts he has fanned 53 batters in 60.2 innings with a 4.90 ERA. Sánchez is hitting .296 in 2012 with 12 RBIs and 3 home runs. |
