At Don Corleone Park Danny Burris was the King of Swing today in the 17-1 win over the Mafia. The Nottinghamshire second baseman stepped into the batter's box 6 times against the New York and delivered 5 hits.
It was a sensational game for him. He told the press, "Unbelievable feeling. It felt good. 5 for 6! It does wonders for your batting average, too."
Danny Burris singled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, walked in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
