Tom Klein failed to get a hit today against the Mile High Mustangs and had his consecutive-game hitting streak broken. The 28-year-old Earthquakes right fielder went 0-for-5 in his club's 9-2 victory over the Mile High at Golden Gate Park. This season in 141 games, Klein has hit at a .303 clip with 174 hits, 21 home runs, 84 RBIs and 106 runs scored. |
