Wicklund Red-Hot, RCL Player of the Week Monday, September 12th, 2016 There's nothing like being in the prime of your baseball career -- and playing like it. Just ask Clarence Wicklund, the Ann Arbor right fielder, who swung a sweet bat all week to not only aid his team, but also pick up the Roberto Clemente League Player of the Week honors. Wicklund piled up 9 hits in 17 at-bats, 3 home runs and 5 RBIs while hitting .529. So far on the season Wicklund is hitting .283 with 12 home runs, 47 RBIs and 45 runs scored. He has 85 hits and played in 76 games. |
