RF Jordan Borlase Out Monday, April 23rd, 2012 The Montreal Bandits will have to make do without Jordan Borlase for 4 months. He suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing the ball in the game today against the Jersey Jesters. His teammates, understandably, were upset about losing the right fielder. "That's a tough break for him," one of them said. "But this team is resilient. We will just fill in until he gets back." During the current season Borlase is batting at a .288 clip with 3 home runs and 12 RBIs. He has played in 19 games and scored 9 times. |
