Raines Sidelined for 3-4 Weeks Friday, April 8th, 2016 Baseball can be a contact sport at times. It can exact a harsh toll on a player's body. In a recent game against New York Mafia, Bandits center fielder Tim Raines was injured making a defensive play and is expected to miss 3-4 weeks with shoulder soreness. The team did not announce any roster moves today related to this injury. The Montreal skipper told BNN that personnel decisions would be announced as early as tomorrow. To date this year Raines is batting .368 with no home runs. |
