Toreros Dave Carlisle Hurt
Tuesday, June 23rd, 2015
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros learned that Dave Carlisle is likely to be out for 4 weeks after he injured himself making a defensive play in today's game against the Jersey Jesters. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a fractured finger. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Cabo San Lucas manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Dave is back in action."

Carlisle is currently hitting at a .314 pace with no home runs, 23 RBIs and has scored 54 times.
