Star of the Week Picked in TML Monday, August 18th, 2014 27-year-old Raymond Moor sent shock waves through Adult Baseball League last week with an eye-popping performance that brought him the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week Award. A newcomer to the league, Moor made the establishment sit up and take notice, punishing opposing pitchers with a .467 average, 14 hits in 30 at-bats, 5 home runs and 12 runs batted in. Where the Cabo San Lucas Toreros center fielder goes from here, only the baseball gods know for sure, but Moor certainly made his mark last week. Moor is hitting .304 in 2014 with 56 RBIs and 16 home runs. |
