Thomas Snags TML Top Hurler Trophy Saturday, June 1st, 2013 Adam Thomas took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Thurman Munson League Pitcher of the Month award for May. The 27-year-old Cardinals starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 5-0 won-lost record in 5 starts. This month he fanned 31 batters in 34.2 innings and compiled a 1.04 ERA. This year Thomas has compiled a 8-1 record with a 2.14 ERA in 10 starts. |
