Yomiuri's Tasha Snaps up May Batting Award Friday, June 1st, 2018 Snap, crackle and pop! In May, Anuvaha Tasha snapped up the Central League Batter of the Month trophy by cracking 34 hits and popping 7 home runs. For the month he hit a solid .436 with 21 RBIs and 24 runs scored. The Yomiuri third baseman also picked up 12 walks to compile a .511 on-base percentage. Currently Tasha is batting .395 with 15 home runs and 49 RBIs. |
