Mizutani Sidelined for 10 Months Wednesday, May 9th, 2018 Yokohama learned today that they will be without starting pitcher Kyoji Mizutani for 10 months. Mizutani was injured throwing a pitch and sustained a damaged elbow ligament. He was hurt in the game against the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks. Up to now Mizutani has recorded a record of 6-3. In 11 starts he has fanned 54 batters in 65.1 innings with a 2.62 ERA. |
