Pacific League Picks April's Best Batter Tuesday, May 1st, 2018 Gulloo Sandip is on a tear! After posting a .371 average in April, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham right fielder took home the Pacific League Batter of the Month award handed out earlier today. He cracked 26 hits with 7 home runs and 22 RBIs and scored 19 runs. The 17-year-old also collected 14 free passes and posted a .471 on-base percentage. Sandip is currently batting .390 with 13 home runs and 36 RBIs. |
