Xuan Best PL Starter Sunday, April 1st, 2018 Over the past month Xiao-mei Xuan has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Pacific League. He proved all that and now he's been named March's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles posted 4-0 mark and a 1.33 ERA. In 4 starts he tossed 27 innings, permitted 19 hits and fanned 28 batters. |
