CL Announces Outstanding Batter Award Tuesday, August 1st, 2017 Today Amador Bagadion was voted Central League Batter of the Month for August. During the month the 17-year-old Hiroshima Toyo left fielder compiled a .492 batting average. Most importantly for the Carp though, he also posted 8 home runs, 22 RBIs and 11 runs scored. This season Bagadion is swinging the bat at a .436 pace. He has hit 11 home runs and scored 20 times, while driving in 29. His on-base percentage is .514 and he has played in 24 games. |
