Purbacaraka PL Winner, Top Hurler in June Saturday, July 1st, 2017 In June, Soleh Purbacaraka tore through the Pacific League like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 17 years old. The young Fukuoka SoftBank starter posted a 2-1 mark and an ERA of 2.70 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 20 innings he collected 21 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .149 average. |
