Hitting Streak Still Alive for Daikawa Monday, August 29th, 2016 At Ballpark of Hakui College today Yokohama shortstop Yasuhide Daikawa stretched his consecutive-game hitting streak to 30 games with 1 hit against the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters. However, the Bay Stars came up short on the scoreboard and lost the game 13-5. Yasuhide Daikawa grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
