CL's Top Player Named Monday, August 15th, 2016 Hidehira Ogawa of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows had an award-winning week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Central League. For the week the 19-year-old left fielder batted .533 (8-15) with no home runs and 1 RBIs. Thus far this year Ogawa is hitting .327 with 15 home runs, 47 RBIs and 40 runs scored. |
