Takahashi, Kondo Suspended for Fracas Friday, August 8th, 2014 The league commissioner's office had responded quickly to yesterday's major incident at Ballpark of Nasu College involving the Marines Sachi Takahashi and the Lions Ryoma Kondo. Both players have been given 3-game suspensions for violation of the league code of conduct. The suspensions will be effective immediately. On the year Takahashi has hit .345 with 7 home runs, 35 RBIs and scored 49 runs. So far this season Kondo has compiled a 7-2 record with a 4.31 ERA. |
