Today the 33-year-old Fukuoka SoftBank left fielder collected the Pacific League Player of the Week Award. He wrapped up the week with a .636 average, 7 hits in 11 at-bats, 4 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Thus far this year Sasaki is hitting .443 with 13 home runs, 35 RBIs and 50 runs scored. |
