Week's #1 Player Honored by PL Monday, June 9th, 2014 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Iemitsu Kitamura was rewarded with the Pacific League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy ORIX Buffaloes second baseman hit .467 while collecting 7 hits in 15 at-bats, 3 home runs and 6 RBIs. Kitamura is currently batting .306 with 8 home runs and 26 RBIs. |
