Toshiro Shimada Chosen PL's Top Batter Tuesday, October 29th, 2013 Toshiro Shimada of the Saitama Seibu Lions had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Silver Slugger Award for 2013. The 26-year-old right fielder put up a .368 average and a .488 on-base percentage, piling up 132 hits, 22 doubles, 4 triples, 39 home runs, 124 RBIs and 108 runs scored. |
