LBL Player of the Week Named Monday, April 2nd, 2018 George Bowman burst onto the Lester B. Person League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie third baseman for Montreal garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 17-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .500 (10-20) with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week. Bowman currently has a .386 batting average with 39 hits, 7 homers, 21 RBIs, 29 runs scored and a .480 OBP. |
