Arredondo Belts 3 HR Against Kelowna Sunday, March 4th, 2018 Martín Arredondo must believe in the Big Bang theory. He proved it today by going deep three times against the Kelowna Heat. The heavy-hitting Saskatoon center fielder added a lot of firepower and excitement to today's 20-2 win over the Heat. Fans and foes alike are still buzzing about his standout performance at Brantford College Grounds. He told reporters, "I've been working on my swing ... trying to keep it short, compact and simple. It worked today." For the game he had 4 hits in 6 at-bats, drove in 5, and scored 5 runs. Martín Arredondo singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Gustavo Mendoza in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Sergio Hernández in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Pablo Gómez in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and walked in the 9th. |
