Player of the Week Trophy to Roberge Monday, May 1st, 2017 It was announced today by the Lester B. Person League that Victoria third baseman John Roberge had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .480 batting average, 12 hits and 2 home runs. Roberge also racked up 10 RBIs and scored 6 runs. In 22 games this year Roberge has posted a .333 average and put up these numbers: 4 home runs, 15 RBIs and 11 runs scored. |
